The country-pop duo Dan and Shay have today (10/1/18) released their newest single titled ‘Tequila’.
The song tells of a breakup story and is similar to their previous hit ‘How Not To’. Both songs allude to themes of falling out of a relationship whilst remaining in love, loneliness, and reflecting on more positive times.
The pair also released an icon video to coincide with the single release, which you can view here.
This is the lead release for the band’s third studio album, which was hinted about during recent performances on tour. It will follow Dan and Shay’s second album, ‘Obsessed’, released in 2016 which featured the number one singles ‘From The Ground Up’ and ‘How Not To’.
