Taylor Swift fans are in panic mode as ticket websites struggle to deal with the enormous demand for live-show tickets.

Taylor will be playing Wembley Arena on June, 21, 22 and 23 next year, before returning to the North London venue for August 15, 16 and 17. These dates are part of the pop star's worldwide Eras Tour.

But Ticketmaster and AXS, which have both seen massive demand for tickets, are reportedly battling to cope with the huge amount of traffic on their websites.

One fan tweeted: "So the @AXS_UK website is already having problems, an hour ahead of presale #ErasTour."

Another fretted: "GUYS WHY DOES AXS SEND YOU BACK TO THE T SWIFT WEBSITE HOW DO WE JOIN THE LOBBY #ErasTour."

"Live laugh love can’t even get in the ticketmaster waiting room for #ErasTour," joked a third.

Others shared clips of them trying to join the waiting room, before a loading screen came up and returned the fans to the page before.

Only those who registered their interest in seeing Taylor will be eligible to purchase tickets. Registration for this is now closed. Fans who pre-ordered the Midnights album during a pre-order offer also qualified for pre-sale access to all UK and Ireland shows.

Those selected to join the pre-sale will have received their email by now. It should include timing details, a link, and a unique, non-transferable access code.
